Elena Atanasković heads to America — scholarship at Florida State College at Jacksonville
We are especially pleased to share some great news — our player Elena Atanasković has received an athletic scholarship at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) in the United States.
FSCJ is a prestigious higher-education institution based in Jacksonville, Florida, with several campuses and thousands of students. The college is a member of the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association) and is ranked among the top 150 institutions for the Aspen Prize. The FSCJ basketball programme, known as the Manta Rays, quickly grew into one of the most successful teams in the region — winning conference, regional and district titles in its first NJCAA season.
Through her years of work at KK Trstenik, Elena has shown the talent, dedication and character that deserve an opportunity like this.
KK Trstenik wishes Elena all the best in her further sporting and academic development. We are proud of you, Elena — show them what players from Trstenik can do!
